The city of Alicante will host the seventeenth edition of the Congress of Communication Officers (RESCOM) of the Medical Associations of Spain. The event will be held on 12 and 13 September this year at the Alicante Conference Centre, located in the Medical Association (COMA).

Around 200 people, including communication managers and members of the boards of directors of the various colleges, will meet at an event that aims to be a meeting point for acquiring new knowledge and skills. During the two days of the Congress, a wide variety of conferences, workshops, discussion panels and social activities will be offered.

Leading experts will share their vision on relevant topics, with a special focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the new tools it provides to enhance effective communication. Among the contents of the congress, practical sessions will be held, from techniques of attraction in communication or emotional connectivity through the screen, to how to generate content with engagement on social media or communication strategies to achieve real change.

According to the president of the Official College of Physicians of Alicante, Dr. Hermann Schwarz, “we are delighted to host the XVII edition of the Congress of Communication Officers (RESCOM) of the Colleges of Physicians of Spain in our Alicante Conference Centre.
